Our techniques helped 1,250,000 people learn how to vote in the 1994 South African general election. For many, this was their first experience of a democratic election, the concept was new and threatening and a large percentage of them could neither read nor write. A simple but powerful training process was called for that could be delivered to huge numbers and that would educate people on how to vote, not who to vote for. At this pivotal moment in history, one of PCI’s founders successfully achieved a vast and complex task through skilled learning methodology.
