MAKING LEARNING HAPPEN BY DESIGN

The first Making Learning Happen workshop was run in South Africa in 1990.

Now updated and refreshed with new examples.

We will be running our next open Making Learning by Design workshop in Cape Town on 15, 16 and 17 May 2007.

This is an interactive and challenging workshop to help you improve the quality of learning in your organization by:

· Changing instruction manuals, technical content and training material into learning material

· Developing trainers and instructors as facilitators of learning

· Changing passive dependent people into active, responsible learners seeking out information

· Ensuring managers are effective coaches and facilitators of others’ learning

This workshop is suitable for subject matter experts and dedicated trainers who need to design and/or deliver learning material.

Focus on learning, not training

17 years and not out!
