Lynne Melis has been a Senior Consultant with Positive Charge International for the past 11 years and has worked with a variety of clients in different industries. She has run many consulting skills workshops and consulting projects in the financial services, oil and chemical sectors. Lynne also specialises in designing and developing learning material or other interventions according to client needs and requirements. Lynne has an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch. and is a registered assessor and moderator. |

Sue von Hirschfeld is an entrepreneur and people developer with 27 years experience in creating learning and change in diverse cultures and business environments. Sue worked in the private sector for 12 years before establishing a consultancy business in 1989. She has worked and published in South Africa, the UK and Australia. Her work is informed by a Masters degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and by her own experience in developing people and running a business. |
